WORKSHOPS

When obstacles arise, you change your direction to reach your goal; you do not change your decision to get there.   - Zig Ziglar

If your company is expecting a power point presentation with little or no interaction, then you will be disappointed. Janus Rising Workshops are fun and engaging. Using simple themes to illustrate examples, we take you through the phases of identifying what you need, finding what is missing and giving you the solutions. These workshops are designed to have instant change and make a huge impact on both your bottom line and personal growth.

The entry workshop is our "rock" talk and the next phase of workshops move into the "circles" around you structured for either individuals or teams.

Where did all of these rocks come from?

This is the first workshop recommended for your group. We take the principle of hidden rocks weighing you down and start addressing where they came from and how to remove them. These proverbial rocks are both heavy burdens on your back and obstacles in your way to meeting project goals and team cohesion. The gold comes in discovering the seen and hidden rocks and looking to see what it looks like to have them removed. We address barriers to communication, different styles of communication, and team dynamics during this workshop. Your workplace will feel lighter and with a whole new perspective on the future. You will have an easier and more fluid way to communicate which will avoid misunderstandings and slow downs in your workspace.
